Hardly a fair comparison, I would think. Sure, South Korea has excellent broadband penetration, but it's what, smaller than Maine?
The big problem with broadband adoption is the last mile from the provider to the subscriber. The USA has a lot more of those last miles to deal with than South Korea does.
