Newsweek on the "Double Standard"

This really shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone but Newsweek's investigative journalist, Michael Isikoff, shines a light on Washington's double standard regarding "customary international law of armed conflict" as it relates to Afgahnistan and Al Queda.

In my view, the fact that law relating to armed conflict is 'customary' is kind of a sad concept.

All war is savage.

Here's a previous post on breaking the law to get at law breakers from this blog...
a rant worth revisiting.
